How can we prevent mobile app users from disabling the daily download ?

Is there a way to prevent users from Turning Off the Daily download?

We want the Offline mode to be enforced at a system level and stop individual users from disabling it on their mobile devices. If individuals start disabling it ( turning it off) we cannot ensure business continuity in case of network outages.

Hi @VivekS the feature to support admin controls for offline mode is on our roadmap as we understand the importance of managing this for your users. We have set the default to ON for daily downloads so this should be seamless to the users.

These new features are the first phase offline mode and we will continue to enhance the experience
