Care Giver Mobile App: New Offline Mode Beta Group
👋 Hi everyone!
We are happy to announce that the new offline mode features are now available for testing in UAT. We’d love help from you and your caregiver staff to test this new feature and provide any feedback/comments you may have to ensure a smooth launch.

🆕 What’s New In Offline Mode?
- Daily download of modules upon login or session renewal to ensure users have access to data to go offline
- New Work Without Internet toggle from the hamburger menu allows users in known low or no connection areas to quickly move the app into offline mode.
- New Sync Activity from the hamburger menu allows users to easily see the status of their uploads and downloads
- New improved visuals and content including details for uploads with client name, date/time of visit and form name if applicable
