False error message
I am getting an error message similar to @Stephen_Andrew but we already had the View Clients List ACL enabled for the field portal role I'm testing with. I seem to be able to ignore the message and select + Note to have the progress note entry screen appear.

How can we prevent mobile app users from disabling the daily download ?
Is there a way to prevent users from Turning Off the Daily download? We want the Offline mode to be enforced at a system level and stop individual users from disabling it on their mobile devices. If individuals start disabling it ( turning it off) we cannot ensure business continuity in case of network outages.
