It would be good to prevent users from being able to cancel the upload. The upload should happen automatically when the user is back online.
Hi @VivekS the intent is to have the download complete - this use case would typically be for someone who may be trying to download 'all form's or 'all caseload' and it's taking longer. It really is for the exception case.
