Error when adding a facility visit
We get an error message when trying to add a facility visit to an employee. This error only occurs in the new visit dialogue box. We have success in the current version. Tested with a couple different facilities and the error appears with all.

NVD Main page design
Setting up new visits for the first time, the service plan activities are visual on the overview page. Once the visit is created the scheduler will then have to tab back and forth between the overview and the care tab. Is there any way the activities can just stay on the overview page?
